Therese Pugh: Holds a BSN from Ball State University and has 25 years of experience in critical care and cardiology. Therese developed and implemented a hospital-based heart failure program and was instrumental in leading the Heart Failure Team to a national distinction of Advanced Certification in Heart Failure from the Joint Commission of Hospital Accreditation.
